Located in Gouesnach 10m from Bénodet and 20 minutes from Quimper, this house is ideally located on a south-facing plot.

With its double roof movement, the roof lifts to bring light into the double height of the living room overlooking the garden. Conversely the low roof forming a large awning before the entrance lifts to give way to a large window illuminating a workshop.

The house is designed with particular attention to energy performance (solar thermal panels, pumice, thick insulation, heat pump) which guarantees a pleasant temperature without heating other than a pellet stove.
